The Huddy Team completed a 6-month study focused on capacity for outpatient Dermatology and Diabetes clinics. We teamed with Monaghans out of the UK to develop interactive tools the Trust could use to test patient shifts at the neighborhood level for each region to either GP offices, Clinics or Telehealth and determine future capacity needs.
