Design work continues on the University of Alabama’s Women and Children’s Hospital Emergency Department project. Huddy HealthCare teamed with Walcott Adams Verneuille (Alabama) and provided initial feasibility analysis, process redesign, programming and architectural planning for a unique women’s and pediatric emergency department. While the facility is completely flexible, it still allows women to be sent down a different track allowing more privacy for their visit. The project continues through construction documents and is due to begin construction in the coming months.
