Earlier in 2019, Huddy HealthCare teamed with Nycum+ (Halifax) to deliver IWK Health Centre’s pediatric emergency department new operational flow and a conceptual plan that set the groundwork for the upcoming architectural project. Huddy and Nycum were invited back for an interim operational change workshop. The successful process redesign workshop was completed over a weeks time and produced 40% reductions in “time to provider.” What a great, enthusiastic and committed group of healthcare professionals!!
