The Huddy Team completed our study at Natividad Medical Center that provides both immediate and long-range planning solutions for the Emergency Department and Inpatient Beds. Our work included data analytics, simulation, master planning and phased implementation schedules. We teamed with Vituity and had a wonderful time working with the energized staff and leadership at Natividad!
